Note: This is not a hackathon. This is an incubation program offering up to $500K investment in project tokens for AI builders and developers.

We are looking for 10 groundbreaking projects with live products to join Seedify's 2-month Incubation Program to elevate your ideas. The program covers funding, branding, marketing, community building, GTM, BizDev, mentorship, ecosystem introductions, and more.

Submission Requirements

We are seeking Web3 and blockchain-based AI, NLP, and ML projects that solve real-world problems with the potential for token economy integration. Applicants must submit a working MVP, prototype, or fully functioning AI project to be eligible.

Submissions to the AI JAM Program must meet the following requirements:

• Include a project built with the necessary developer tools and meet the above project requirements.
• You can submit multiple BUIDLs.
• A short video explaining what the AI project is about or a detailed text description that perfectly explains the features, use cases, and functionality of your AI project.
• Provide the name, age, and country for each team member.
• Provide the email address and social media handle of each team member, and specify which track you are submitting to.
• Must not include third-party trademarks, copyrighted music, or other material unless it is open source and the applicant has permission to use such material.
• Be the original work of the submitter, be solely owned by the submitter, and not violate the IP rights of any other person or entity.
• Provide access to the working project for judging and testing by including a link to a website, functioning demo, GitHub repo, or a test build. If the website is private, include login credentials in the testing instructions.
• Team members will need to pass a KYC process and sign an Incubation agreement.
• Projects should tokenize their product and launch their tokens soon after the incubation program finishes.
• Preestablished tokenomics, an initial float of +75%, and <$1M FDV is mandatory.
