We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team and help strengthen our global Purchase-to-Pay processes while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and support the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of Accounts Payable activities.
  • Prepare and review payment proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals prior to execution.
  • Process vendor registrations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update the vendor master database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Execute and support SOX controls review, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.
  • Participate in system implementations and transformation projects, including SAP HANA.
  • Drive change management initiatives, documenting updates in policies, procedures, and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Support and mentor Analysts and Junior Analysts, sharing best practices and lessons learned.


What skills do you need?
  • Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay processes, ideally within multinational companies.
  • Solid understanding of financial controls and compliance environments (SOX is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with integrated systems.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Spanish and English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience participating in process improvement or systems implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management frameworks is a plus.
