Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Commercial Turnkey Interior / Corporate Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the corporate real estate and office interiors segment.

This role requires a result-oriented professional with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of working with corporate clients, landlords, real estate consultants, and building management teams.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for experienced professionals with a min. of 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Interior Fit-Out, or Corporate Interior Projects, who can actively generate leads and convert them into successful projects.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building with corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for Corporate Office Fit-Out, Co-working Spaces, and Retail Brand Interiors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landlords, building managers, and real estate consultants.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and other internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

Desired Profile:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Fit-Out, or Office Interior Fit-Out.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Real Estate is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate and corporate interiors market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong lead generation and business development skills.
