\nWe are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth for the agency. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to B2B sales within recruitment/staffing, with a proven track record of closing mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients across India.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Pitch recruitment services and convert prospects into active clients
Understand client hiring needs and align them with internal recruitment teams
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Track sales pipeline, closures, and revenue targets
Stay updated on hiring trends, industry insights, and competitor activity
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in a Recruitment Agency
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Experience working with international clients (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of new clients onboarded
Monthly/quarterly revenue generated
Number of active mandates secured
Client retention and repeat business
Conversion ratio (lead → client)
