Business Development Operations(Contractor)

CoinMarketCap is the world's most-visited crypto data platform. We're looking for a sharp, organized BD Operations Contractor to keep our revenue engine running smoothly — from deal close through campaign delivery across our Advertising, API, and other monetization products.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role. You'll be the operational glue between sales, clients, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

· Ad Operations — Coordinate post-sale execution of ad campaigns including banner ads, sponsored content (deep dives, newsletters), and social media placements.

· API Operations — Manage post-sale onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support for API clients.

· Client Management — Own client communications across email, Telegram, and other channels; confirm specs, timelines, and deliverables; keep clients informed at every stage.

· Performance Reporting — Build and deliver campaign performance reports; analyze results and surface actionable optimization recommendations.

· Internal Coordination — Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.

What We're Looking For

· Crypto-native mindset — Comfortable with crypto terminology, market dynamics, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

· Ops-first thinking — Experience in operations or a similar function; highly organized with a bias toward systems and follow-through.

· Strong communicator — Clear, professional, and client-centric — you keep stakeholders informed and build trust through consistency.

· Digital ad fluency — Familiar with common ad formats, performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC), and campaign reporting basics.

· Self-starter — Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal hand-holding.
