Job Summary:

The CEO will lead the company’s vision, strategy, and growth, positioning it as a global leader in Bitcoin mining technology and on-chain PoW solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision focused on Bitcoin mining technology, PoW innovation, and on-chain accessibility.
• Oversee platform development, mining operations, and global expansion, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Lead fundraising and investor relations to secure capital and drive growth through partnerships.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and decentralized collaboration.
• Establish alliances with blockchain ecosystems, hardware providers, and financial stakeholders to enhance mining capabilities.
• Represent the company in Web3 and mining communities, building credibility with regulators and industry leaders.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and compliance with global crypto and mining regulations.
• Monitor market trends, energy costs, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in leadership roles within fintech, blockchain, or crypto, including 5+ years as a C-level executive.
• Proven success leading startups or high-growth companies, ideally in Bitcoin mining or Web3 infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Bitcoin, PoW mining, blockchain technology, and mining hardware ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnership development.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of global crypto mining regulations and energy markets.
• Passion for decentralization, Bitcoin mining, and Web3 innovation.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
