Join as APAC Facilities Manager, based in Hong Kong, supporting the effective operation, compliance, and day-to-day running of QRT’s offices across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting into the Hong Kong Office Manager and the Head of Global Facilities, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and ensuring a high-quality workplace environment across APAC.

Your Future Role at QRT:

  • Oversee hard FM services including M&E systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and statutory compliance
  • Ensure all sites meet local regulatory, health & safety, and landlord requirements
  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure standards and service levels are met
  • Support physical security operations across all EMEA sites, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and security guarding
  • Oversee AV systems in meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and town halls
  • Manage AV vendors and ensure reliability, standardisation, and ongoing improvements
  • Plan, support and deliver office moves, desk reconfigurations, and internal relocations
  • Manage space changes, furniture moves, and associated contractor activities
  • Manage regional suppliers and service partners, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Control FM budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Support contract tendering, renewals, and negotiations
  • Act as the key facilities point of contact for local office leads and senior stakeholders

Your present skillset:

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in a facilities or workplace operations role within a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance principles, and health and safety requirements
  • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator and confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Willingness to travel regularly across APAC
