Job Summary

Seeking a Financial Systems & Analytics Analyst to bridge finance, accounting, and data operations within a growing organization. The role focuses on improving financial data flows, supporting forecasting and reporting, and enhancing financial systems following an ERP migration to NetSuite. The analyst will collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and operational teams to integrate data sources, develop financial models, and strengthen analytics capabilities. This position requires strong financial systems knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to document processes while enabling more informed, data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of operational data with financial systems to improve reporting and financial analysis capabilities.

• Work with data sources such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and internal platforms to connect operational data with finance workflows.

• Help optimize the use of NetSuite as the company’s primary financial system of record.

• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and FP&A analysis processes.

• Develop financial models and support analysis related to marketing spend and operational drivers.

• Improve financial reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization.

• Document financial systems, workflows, and operational processes as they evolve.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, accounting, data, and marketing teams to generate financial insights

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Experience working with financial systems or ERPs, preferably NetSuite.

• Experience using data and analytics tools for financial analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work with SQL or data warehouses (Snowflake experience is a strong plus).

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
