Financial Manager (Limassol, Cyprus)

We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Financial Manager to join one of our clients’ teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured responsibilities and stable processes, loves bringing clarity into numbers, and isn’t afraid to take ownership of tasks end-to-end.

You’ll work closely with different internal teams, structure financial data, build reports, and proactively improve how things run.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Format: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Managerial Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze management reports.

• Budgeting & Planning: Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

• Payments & Cash Flow: Develop payment schedules and support cash-flow planning.

• Data Accuracy: Structure, reconcile, and validate financial data across entities.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth information flow with other departments.

• Operational Finance: Resolve daily finance issues and handle ad-hoc tasks.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial process optimizations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in finance, accounting, auditing, controlling, or a related field

• Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large sets of data

• Experience with budgeting, planning, and reporting

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Responsibility and ownership mindset, proactivity and initiative

• Attention to detail

• Level of English: Intermediate (B1), both written and spoken
