• 10+ years experience in sheet metal manufacturing (blanking, deep drawing, polishing, finishing)
• Strong hands-on shop-floor exposure in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and training production teams
• Complete ownership of quality control systems and SOPs
• Ability to manage workers, shifts, discipline, and productivity
• Strong in production planning, targets, and cost control
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Leadership role with full accountability for delivery and quality
