LIMS Consultant (Japanese Required)

We are looking for a technically skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's professional services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in software development who are passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a key role in implementing configurable Saas software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

What you will do:

• Analyse and document customer requirements and business process.
• Translate business requirements to application functional requirements.
• Configure LIMS systems to meet the customer needs.
• Deliver training courses to customers.
• Assist customers with their validation and testing stages appropriate to their industry.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for implementation and configuration projects.
• Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialise through career progression.

What you will need:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to accommodate overnight travel.
• Excellent Japanese communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
