Operations - Multi Asset

Your future role at QRT

You will be joining a supportive Operations function, where you will be responsible for tasks spanning multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives. 

• Manage trade settlement and processing across multiple asset classes
• Perform broker matching and ensure timely trade confirmations
• Monitor and resolve settlement fails
• Conduct T+1 reconciliations against custodians, investigating and resolving breaks promptly
• Liaise with traders, treasury, risk, senior management, and COO teams to address operational queries
• Ensure adherence to market cut-offs, settlement deadlines, and regulatory requirements

Your present skillset

• 7+ years of experience in trade processing or capital markets operations.
• Experience across multiple asset classes is preferred however strong experience in a single asset class (equities, fixed income, or derivatives) will also be considered.
• Good understanding of buy-side operational workflows with prior asset management experience preferred
• End-to-end trade lifecycle expertise across booking, clearing, settlement, corporate actions and physical delivery
• Strong exposure to clearing, settlement, and funds management processes
• Experience handling corporate actions events
• Self-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
