Your Role with Us: 

As an integral part of KICK’s growth, this role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new streaming talent within our LATAM and Spanish speaking regions. You will build strong partner relationships with these streamers, and help them achieve their streaming goals aimed at growing their Spanish speaking audience. You will work with various inhouse teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for KICK content.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across programming, Marketing and Finance, managing activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition initiatives, partner payments and reporting.
  • Implement partner hand-offs following deal completion and collaborate with partners to develop account plans that support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
  • Manage the onboarding of new channel partners, including channel setup, content ingestion and publishing processes and training on dashboard and CMS features.
  • Surface sponsorship opportunities to partners by working closely with Ad Sales teams.
  • Log and track partner account status within Kick’s backend systems, regularly reporting on metrics against established partnership goals.
  • Identify and develop strategic growth plans for newly onboarded partners.
  • Partner with Product teams to identify and implement new features (e.g Extensions, co-streaming with KICK influencers) that add value and grow audiences for partners’ content on KICK.
  • Implement partner hand-off, once a deal has been completed and work with the partner to build an account plan to support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
  • Manage onboarding of new channel partners for our LATAM market and Spanish speaking audience; including channel set-up, content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the dashboard and related CMS features
  • Surface sponsorships opportunities to partner by working with Ad Sales teams.
  • Log and track partner account status within KICK’s backend, regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership

  • Work with Product teams to identify new products (i.e. Extensions, Co-streaming with KICK influencers) that add value and audience to the partners’ content on KICK

What you will bring:

Essential experience

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development or client-facing commercial roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across internal and external teams.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive retention.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing account performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and written (please note: we do not offer sponsorship for this role)
