Power BI Engineer (QuickSight)

Job Summary:

Working with leading global financial institutions as part of our analytics and reporting teams in Noida, you will design, build, and optimize enterprise BI and reporting solutions using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and Jasper Reports to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance BI solutions using Power BI, QuickSight, and Jasper Reports
• Build interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and pixel-perfect operational reports
• Retrieve, transform, and model complex datasets using SQL, Power Query (M), and ETL processes
• Optimize data models and reports for performance, scalability, and usability
• Leverage DAX and advanced visualization techniques to deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Required Experience Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, Power Query)
• Mandatory: Strong experience with Jasper Reports (report design, parameters, sub-reports)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight for cloud-based analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualization best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
