About the Role

About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.

Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially-minded, regulatory & operational expert to embed directly within our go-to-market team, supporting capital markets clients navigating digital asset adoption. You will operate at the intersection of regulation, operation, product strategy, and enterprise sales, helping both our team and our clients understand what is actually possible and what is not within the rapidly evolving digital asset regulatory landscape. Your role is to identify real-world constraints early, shape viable solutions, and help close opportunities that can move from proof-of-concept to production.

Your Impact

  • Enable institutional adoption of digital assets by navigating regulatory and operational constraints that impact production deployment.

  • Partner with clients (banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers) to structure and advance commercially viable solutions.

  • Translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable strategies that support deal execution and long-term partnerships.

  • Influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business functions to align on pathways to production.

  • Identify and mitigate risks early in deal cycles, improving speed and quality of execution.

  • Contribute to the evolution of financial infrastructure by applying Web3 technologies to real-world institutional use cases.

  • Support the transition of initiatives from pilot phases to scalable, production-ready implementations.

  • Bring market awareness and insight into tokenization trends, regulatory developments, and institutional adoption patterns.

Requirements

  • Experience working with institutional financial players (e.g., banks, asset managers, market infrastructure providers).

  • Proven ability to operate in client-facing, commercial environments, supporting deals, partnerships, or strategic sales efforts.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and operational constraints affecting production deployment in financial services.

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into practical, execution-focused solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, including tokenization trends and institutional adoption developments.

  • High level of curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset focused on improving financial infrastructure.

  • Operational knowledge across asset classes or financial workflows (e.g., fund structures, pre/post-trade, settlement, collateral management, ATS).

Preferred Skills

  • Legal or regulatory background (JD or equivalent) with applied, execution-focused experience.
