Production Manager

Position Overview:

We are hiring a highly organized Remote Production Manager to control our roofing production system once jobs are sold. This role owns scheduling, crew coordination, material readiness, documentation enforcement, and production KPI reporting. This is not an assistant role. This is production control.

Primary Mission:

Deliver 10+ roofs per week with strong schedule discipline, zero material delays, and less than 1% warranty

callbacks.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Production Calendar Ownership

Maintain a live 2-week rolling install schedule

Assign crews based on capacity and efficiency

Group installs geographically when possible

Adjust schedules proactively for weather and labor availability

2. Weather-Aware Scheduling

Monitor rain, ice, snow, wind, and temperature thresholds daily

Prevent reactive rescheduling

3. Job File Readiness Gatekeeping (ServiceTitan)

Verify signed contract, scope, deposit, photos, and notes before scheduling

4. Material Coordination + Warehouse Preparation

Coordinate staging of bulk materials (drip edge, nails, pipe jacks, decking, lumber)

Prevent install delays due to shortages

5. SRS Roof Hub Documentation Enforcement

Verify required photo documentation for every install

Jobs cannot close without compliance

6. CompanyCam Client Transparency

Send live project links so clients can track progress in real time

7. Change Order Coordination

Document change orders in ServiceTitan

Coordinate pricing approval through Ops Manager

Coordinate vendor pickup for change orders

8. Weekly KPI Reporting

Submit production scorecard every Friday by 5 PM CST

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management or similar role.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Roofing or construction production experience
• Spanish/English bilingual communication
