Should have individual contribution of 5Cr and above in new client acquisition.
Familiar with new norms/ techniques in social media marketing
(30% key accounts management, 30% social media team management, 40% new client acquisition)
Role objective:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing professional, who has
experience in driving Digital business (including Social Media) with leading brands as clients. The
Digital Lead will manage and execute digital marketing strategies for Clients. Key technical skills
include SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, etc. Also required are strong project
management, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
The person has to have relevant experience in advertising/digital marketing industry. The person
will drive client acquisition & build strong brand partnerships, along with driving digital/social media
leg of existing clients/campaigns. The role involves strategizing & executing digital/social media
campaigns, client servicing & revenue generation. The person must have 7-10 years experience.
He/She must be preferably well networked with marketing fraternity of various companies as this
will enable building leads & winning new clients.
 
Role Deliverables:

• Revenue generation:
Drive revenues from Digital & Social Media projects
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Clients.
• Content Creation and Optimization:
Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, videos, and social
media, while optimizing for SEO. This will be done both for Clients as well as for SAND
Network
• Social Media Management:
Manage social media presence, build communities, and drive engagement for Clients
& SAND Network
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage paid search
campaigns.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and
generate reports.
• Staying Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Team Leadership:
Supervise and team members.
Collaborate with Client Servicing, Planning & Creative teams to align Client offerings.
 
Mandatory Skills required:

• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
• Must have experience of consistently growing revenues with existing clients
• Highly self-driven & strong aptitude for taking initiatives
• Technology enthusiast
• High integrity
• Passion for consumer behaviour, pop culture, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any discipline.
Language Proficiency Required:
• English – High proficiency in written & spoken English
• Knowledge of any regional language/s will be useful
