Senior Manager - Contracts & Corporate Affairs

We are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our Legal team at senior positions having experience of both general commercial contracts and transactions. 

• Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc. 

• Transactional Work: Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger & acquisition, share purchase & shareholders’ arrangement, operation & management, revenue share arrangements etc. includes preparation of checklists, conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard. 

• Banking related arrangement: Assist with the review and closure of various banking needs and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc. 

• Others arrangements: Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate, related party transactions, employment & labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc. 

• Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs: Interaction with senior management and internal/ external clients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.

What we are looking for: 

• 5 years programme (LLM,LLB) from a reputed college

 • 8-15 years of experience in relevant areas - Corporate law, Company Law, IPR (with 3-5 yrs. of experience in a Law Firm – Mandatory); Experience of working on transactions, M&A, JV etc. is a must.
