Job Summary

As the Product Manager, you will be the connector between our business teams and our technical teams. You will report to the Senior Product Manager and work day-to-day with Business Operations and IT to translate real business needs into clear requirements, coordinated projects, and system improvements across internal tools and operational systems.

This is a highly execution-focused product role with strong emphasis on requirements definition, operational workflows, and cross-team coordination.

The role is ideal for someone who loves making things make sense: translating “what the business needs” into “what the system should do,” keeping teams aligned, and ensuring changes are implemented thoughtfully with the impact understood before updates go live.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business needs and translate them into clear requirements, tickets, and documentation.

  • Communicate across audiences, helping technical teams understand the “why” and business teams understand the “what” and “how.”

  • Build simple, structured ways for teams to stay aligned (workflows, specs, notes, and decision logs).

  • Evaluate risks, dependencies, and downstream effects before implementation.

  • Partner with stakeholders to validate assumptions and define expected outcomes and success measures.

  • Act as the primary support contact for Business Operations on workflows, tools, and product questions.

  • Track issues and enhancement requests from intake through resolution.

  • Test new features and help ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date process and product documentation.

  • Keep projects moving: track tasks and tickets, timelines, owners, and action items.

  • Anticipate roadblocks, surface risks early, and drive follow-through.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

3–5+ years in a role such as product ownership, business analysis, project coordination, operations, product support, or technology support.

Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.

Fluency in business English (spoken and written) is required (C1).

Resume must be in English; applications in other languages will not be reviewed.

Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection.

Must be able to pass a background check to qualify for this contractor role.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Comfort learning new systems quickly with strong documentation habits.

  • Familiarity with the surrogacy or assisted reproduction industry.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.
