About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can go beyond transactional hiring and help build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. This role requires someone who understands business priorities, partners closely with leadership teams, proactively identifies high-quality talent, and drives strategic hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the organization by bringing in high-impact talent across corporate and strategic functions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Partnering
Collaborate closely with leadership and business stakeholders to understand growth plans and workforce
requirements.Translate business strategies into structured hiring plans and recruitment
roadmaps.Support workforce planning and help prioritize critical hiring needs.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Build multi-channel sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and niche
communities.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical functions including category management, supply chain, technology, marketing, finance, and analytics.
Candidate Assessment & Experience
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles with strong filtering and assessment
capabilities.Conduct structured HR discussions focusing on capability, cultural alignment, and long-term
potential.Design and maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure strong offer conversion and alignment during final stages.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Contribute to strengthening the employer brand across recruitment platforms and professional
communities.Create compelling job narratives and talent communication
strategies.Build and nurture long-term talent communities aligned with the organization’s mission and growth goals.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within high-growth or startup
environments.Strong experience in corporate and strategic hiring rather than bulk
recruitment.Proven ability to recruit for mid-level to senior-level
roles.Strong sourcing capabilities with experience in headhunting passive
candidates.High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple
roles.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing
skills.Structured thinking and a data-driven approach to hiring
decisions.Passion for building strong teams and contributing to organizational growth.
