Reporting to our Tax Specialist, you will actively participate in the Group's daily tax management. Your main responsibilities will include:

What you’ll be doing:

1. Indirect Tax Support (VAT & Customs)

  • Compliance: Assist in the preparation and review of VAT returns across the various countries where we operate.

  • Trade Reporting: Participate in filing Intrastat declarations for goods (DEB) and services (DES).

2. Innovation Tax (R&D Tax Credit)

  • Documentation: Support the collection of data from technical teams for the Research Tax Credit (CIR) justification file.

  • Tracking: Help monitor eligible time logs and R&D expenditures.

3. Transfer Pricing & Compliance

  • Documentation: Assist in updating the group’s transfer pricing documentation (Master File / Local Files).

  • Tax Watch: Conduct international tax research to anticipate legislative changes in our key markets.

4. Cross-functional Projects

  • Process Improvement: Participate in optimizing internal processes and automating tax reporting within our ERP.

  • Reform Implementation: Assist in the rollout of the French electronic invoicing reform (e-invoicing)

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Master’s student (M1 or M2) in Tax Law, Business School with a tax specialization or preparing for the Bar Exam (CAPA).

  • Solid understanding of VAT mechanisms (ideally regarding EU intra-community flows and exports).

  • High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

  • Languages: A good level of English is required for daily communication with international partners.

  • Soft Skills: Rigor, intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
