Reporting to the Accounting Director and working closely with operational teams, your missions are structured around four major pillars:

What you’ll be doing:

1. Indirect Tax & International Operations (Priority)

  • VAT: Oversee VAT compliance in France and the numerous jurisdictions where we operate (EU and non-EU).

  • Customs Reporting: Manage the production of DEB (Intrastat arrivals/dispatches), DES (European Sales Listing for services), and Intrastat declarations.

  • Complex Flows: Analyze goods and services flows to optimize invoicing schemes and mitigate customs risks.

2. Innovation Tax & Direct Tax

  • R&D Tax Credit (CIR): Manage the securing and calculation of the Research Tax Credit in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Corporate Income Tax (CIT): Supervise the determination of taxable income, tax returns, and deferred taxes.

3. Transfer Pricing & Group Strategy

  • Documentation: Update and monitor the group’s transfer pricing policy (Master File / Local Files).

  • Intercompany: Ensure the operational implementation of internal recharging agreements.

4. Management & Projects

  • Management: Supervise one Tax Specialist (technical support and career development).

  • Tools: Participate in the automation of tax processes within the ERP and tax compliance tools; contribute to the implementation of electronic invoicing reforms.

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Tax Law or Business School with a specialization in international taxation.

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, ideally gained in a Tech/E-commerce environment or within a top-tier law firm.

  • Technical Expertise: Excellent command of international VAT and issues related to the export of goods and services. Experience with an ERP (NetSuite) is preferred; proficiency in Office Suite is essential.

  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with foreign subsidiaries, agencies, and advisors).

  • Soft Skills: Analytical rigor, agility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to simplify complex topics for operational stakeholders.
