About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead who can drive scalable, high-performance web experiences used by millions of users daily. You will own the frontend architecture, lead a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Own Frontend Architecture

Design and scale robust, reusable, and performant frontend systems

Define best practices for code quality, performance, and security

● Lead & Mentor

Guide and mentor a team of frontend engineers

Conduct code reviews and drive engineering excellence

● Product Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ship user-centric features

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

● Performance & Optimization

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

● Engineering Excellence

Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and CI/CD practices

Improve developer productivity and maintainability

Must-Have Skills

● Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

● Deep experience with frameworks like React.js / Next.js

● Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and design patterns

● Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices-based systems

● Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

● Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale products

Good to Have

● Experience in high-scale consumer internet products

● Familiarity with SSR, PWA, and Web Vitals optimization

● Exposure to design systems and component libraries

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
